Imagination Unleashed With Masters Tribute: A Journey Through Innovation at MADS Art Gallery

The image shows an urban scene in Times Square, New York, with several large digital billboards displaying advertisements. In the center, there is a vibrant and colourful digital art piece on a billboard, depicting a stylized perfume bottle with a figure inside it. The bottle is primarily in hues of purple and blue, with an ethereal quality emphasized by surrounding swirling clouds and vapour-like elements in white and pink. Below the central image, there is a call to action that says "find us on TikTok," suggesting the art is part of a promotional campaign. The scene is captured at dusk or evening, with the illuminated billboards standing out against the dimly lit surroundings. Other visible elements include a partially seen advertisement for food on the left, a blue billboard to the right with "adl.org" written on it, and the dark silhouette of a building with lit windows. An American flag is also present at the bottom right corner.

I’m thrilled to share that earlier this year, I was invited once again to participate in an exhibition at MADS Art Gallery—a place I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with in the past. Their friendly and knowledgeable curators, along with the innovative exposure and stunning promotional content, have made it an incredible journey every time.

For this particular showcase, I decided to present one of my favorite creations from the Artober 2023 challenge, themed around “Potions.” This piece sprang from a burst of spontaneous creativity rather than a preconceived story. It began with an image crafted using AI art tools, which served as a canvas for my imagination. I found myself diving into a creative frenzy, tweaking colors, infusing light effects, and adding various elements that culminated in an abstract backdrop. The final artwork stands as a unique blend of surrealism, fantasy, and abstraction.

Below is a video with highlights from the MADS Art Gallery showing and the feature in Times Square, New York that was a part of the Masters Tribute event. A huge thanks to my curator, Mara Cipriano for all her help and support!

This is an image of a stylized travel poster displayed on a wall. The poster features layered mountain landscapes with varying shades of blue and green, and an orange and yellow sun setting or rising in the background. At the bottom, there's a small red structure that resembles a traditional Asian pagoda. The poster has a retro minimalist design aesthetic with the title "TRAVEL" at the top in large, bold lettering. The poster is framed and hung on a blue wall, flanked on the left by a tall, dark vase with dried reeds and on the right by a potted plant with broad green leaves resting on a stack of hardcover books. The colours and composition suggest a serene and inviting scene.
